DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Pre-mix the sugar and Limone 50 powder while dry, then gradually add the mixture to the water while stirring well until slightly thick. Let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then churn to make the desired gelato, which can be served as is or topped with a variegate.
DOSAGE: 50 g of Limone 50 + 350 g of sugar + 1 liter of water
