Gelagel Exotic is the new flavour of the Gelagel Frutta line by Pernigotti Maestri Gelatieri Italiani: a burst of exotic fruit with 20.5% banana purée, 16% pineapple purée and 10% kiwi pulp, equal to 30% fruit in the finished gelato.

Part of Gelagel Frutta, the premium line of purées for artisan gelato by Pernigotti Maestri Gelatieri Italiani, made with an innovative processing method that preserves the freshness and organoleptic properties of the fruit. The fruit, of certified origin, is grown and harvested where it reaches its best ripeness and aromatic profile. A very high percentage of fruit pieces and purée, natural ingredients and certified raw materials, in a practical single-batch bucket for one pan of sorbet.

Its vibrant green colour and fresh taste, with a light tangy touch, make it ideal on hot days and for a tropical escape in any season. Already balanced and ready to use: simply add cold water, with no weighing and no waste.

Simple recipe with cane sugar, gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free and palm-oil-free. Also excellent for granita, ice lollies, smoothies, semifreddo and glazes.

DOSAGE
Sorbet: 1.65 kg of product + 2.1 l of water.
Ice lollies: 500 g of product + 1 l of water.
Smoothies: 90 g of product + 50 g of water (or 100 g of milk) + 150 g of ice.
Semifreddo: 500 g of product + 500 g of cream.
Glazes: 300 g of product + 700 g of Specchioneutra.
