FruttUP Banana Martini Gelato is a complete powder base for artisan banana gelato, made with real fruit and already balanced.

For gelato it is made with half water and half milk, for a creamy, fragrant banana; with water only it becomes granita or soft serve.

Ideal for: banana gelato, kids' flavours and granita.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal certified.

Directions: dissolve the base in the liquids with a stick blender and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 1.25 kg of product + 1.4 L of water + 1.4 L of milk for gelato, 3.3-3.5 L of water for soft serve, 3.8 L of water for granita.
