Sprint Tropical Coconut Pregel is a water-based coconut ready base for artisan gelato, with grated coconut.

It gives a delicate vegan coconut gelato with no hydrogenated vegetable fats; it can also be made with plant drinks, such as coconut drink, for an even fuller taste.

Ideal for: vegan coconut gelato, tropical sundaes and plant-based displays.

Features: grated coconut, no hydrogenated vegetable fats, vegan, gluten-free.

Directions: blend the powder into the liquid and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 450-500 g per 1 litre of water or coconut plant drink.

Processing: cold.
