Juices - Detox Martini Gelato is a complete powder base for artisan gelato that brings a juice of green apple, pineapple, fennel and ginger to the pan.
Fruit, vegetables and spices give a fresh, original sorbet, vegan and free from emulsifiers, for customers looking for a light, unusual flavour.
Ideal for: functional sorbets, granita and vegan menus.
Features: vegan, no emulsifiers.
Directions: dissolve the base in lukewarm water, blend and batch-freeze; also suitable for granita and semifreddo.
Dosage: 1.25 kg of product + 2.8 kg of lukewarm water.
