DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Juices - Energy Martini Gelato is a complete powder base for artisan gelato with a mix of watermelon, mango, basil and lime.
The herbal note of basil makes the sorbet fresh and surprising; it is vegan and free from emulsifiers, perfect on the hottest days. It blends fruit, vegetables and spices.
Ideal for: summer sorbets, granita and vegan menus.
Features: vegan, no emulsifiers.
Directions: dissolve the base in lukewarm water, blend and batch-freeze; also suitable for granita and semifreddo.
Dosage: 1.25 kg of product + 2.8 kg of lukewarm water.
