DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Juices Exotic Martini Gelato is a complete powder base for artisan gelato with a tropical taste, made with mango, passion fruit, pineapple and turmeric.
Made with real fruit and natural flavourings, it is vegan and free from emulsifiers. It combines fruit, vegetables and spices.
Ideal for: exotic sorbets, granita and semifreddo.
Features: vegan, no emulsifiers.
Directions: dissolve the base in lukewarm water, blend and batch-freeze; also suitable for granita and semifreddo.
Dosage: 1.25 kg of product + 2.8 kg of lukewarm water.
