DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
FruttUP Lemon Martini Gelato is a complete powder base for artisan lemon gelato, made with real fruit and already balanced.
Lemon sorbet is a display-case essential: this base makes it quick and always consistent, and works very well as granita and soft serve too.
Ideal for: lemon sorbet, granita and soft serve.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal certified.
Directions: dissolve the base in the water with a stick blender and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1.35 kg of product + 2.8 L of water for gelato, 3.3-3.5 L for soft serve, 3.8 L for granita.
Processing: cold.
