DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Easy Cheesecake Leagel, a ready base for artisan gelato, recreates New York cheesecake as gelato: fresh cream cheese with tangy notes and a crumble reminiscent of the biscuit base.
It pairs with strawberry, raspberry and mixed berry variegates or caramel and toffee toppings.
Ideal for: cheesecake gelato variegated with fruit and soft-serve.
Features: coconut vegetable fat and animal fat from cream powder, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 600 g of product per 1 L of water.
Processing: cold.
