DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Mix Fruit N Martini Gelato is a powder base designed specifically for flavours with a high fruit content, sorbet-style and stable.
Free from dairy and sweetened only with fructose, it lets you use a large amount of fresh fruit in the recipe.
Ideal for: fruit-rich sorbets and vegan menus.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers.
Directions: blend base, water and fruit and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 920 g of water + 1080 g of base + 2000 g of strawberries.
Processing: cold.
