Bourbon Vanilla Gelato Paste No Added Sugar Martini is a paste for artisan gelato with a sweet, intense Bourbon vanilla taste and no added sugar.

It is designed for more balanced gelato and pastry lines, where every ingredient counts: it flavours no-added-sugar bases without upsetting their balance. It is vegan.

Ideal for: no-added-sugar gelato, pastry and cups.

Recommended pairings: no-added-sugar fruit variegates and coffee.

Features: no added sugar, vegan.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 20 g per kg of mix.
