DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Vanilla Smart Gelato Paste Martini is a paste for artisan gelato made with vanilla seeds, for a gelato with a soft yellow colour.
It offers excellent value and is perfect for shops producing large amounts of vanilla without giving up the look of seeds in the pan. Vegan and Halal.
Ideal for: vanilla gelato, cups and daily production.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 30 g per kg of mix.
