Dark Chocolate with Drops Leagel is a balanced powder mix for artisan dark chocolate gelato enriched with chocolate flakes and chips, simplifying lab work.
It is made with hot water and removes the risk of errors.
Ideal for: dark stracciatella, sundaes and orange pairings.
Features: balanced base, no balancing errors, gluten-free.
Directions: dissolve in hot water, leave to cool and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 400 g of product + 600 g of hot water.
Processing: hot, at 80 °C.
