Pineapple Popping Boba GELQ are bubble tea balls made in Italy with an innovative technique: they burst in the mouth, releasing a liquid pineapple-flavoured filling.

Pineapple brings a juicy tropical note: it pairs with iced green tea, coconut smoothies and summer cocktails such as a piña colada.

Ideal for: bubble tea, soft drinks such as iced teas, sodas, lemonades and smoothies, mixology with cocktails and mocktails.

Features: do not freeze down to -14 °C: even at low temperatures the filling stays semi-thick. Kept in an aromatic syrup that can be used as a garnish.

Directions: drain the balls from the syrup and add them to drinks and cocktails. After opening, store in a cool, dry place.

Dosage: about 40 g per glass of bubble tea; a 3.5 kg pack (drained weight about 2.55 kg) makes about 65 bubble teas.
