Sour Cherries in Syrup 18/20 Toschi combine whole fruit and syrup in a single pack.
The fruit-and-syrup format is designed for using sour cherries in several preparations: whole fruit for garnishes and fillings, syrup for rippling stracciatella and colouring creams and drinks.
Ideal for: amarena variegate gelato, tarts, baked cakes and filled brioche.
Features: size 18/20, whole, pitted and candied, no artificial colourings.
Directions: take the cherries with their syrup and use them in gelato, baked goods or as a garnish.
