Coffee Cream Gelato Paste Pregel is a classic coffee paste for artisan gelato, with an intense, full-bodied taste.

It is the ideal product for a coffee gelato that faithfully reproduces the taste of espresso, but in a creamier, gentler version: perfect for affogato and with chocolate variegates. The sweet, intense coffee cream taste is dosed at only 35-40 g per kg, making it economical.

Ideal for: coffee gelato, affogato, semifreddi and tiramisu.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
