Strawberry Mirall Mirror Glaze Master Martini is a ready-to-use mirror glaze with 5% strawberry purée, seedless and with a bright colour.
Its vivid red gives character to the dessert and stays stable even after freezing.
Ideal for: cheesecakes, bavarois and fruit single portions.
Recommended pairings: white chocolate and vanilla.
Features: 5% strawberry purée, seedless, ready to use, gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: warm to 40-45 °C, stir without incorporating air and pour over the well-chilled dessert.
Dosage: to taste, in an even layer on the dessert.
