Yogurt Plus Powder Toschi is a powdered yogurt for a classic, pleasantly tangy yogurt gelato when added to a white base.

Just 30 g per litre turns a white base into yogurt gelato: the tangy taste is fresh and light and pairs with berries, honey and fruit variegates.

Ideal for: yogurt gelato, fruit sundaes and semifreddi.

Directions: add to the ready white base, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 30 g per 1 kg of base mix.
