Pure Pistachio N Gelato Paste Pregel is a pure pistachio paste for artisan gelato, with pleasant roasted notes.
It releases the intense, rich, clean taste of the finest pistachios for a pure pistachio gelato; it is also ideal for adding flavour and elegance to pastry creations. The pure paste gives a full, natural taste with no added flavourings, for a true pistachio gelato.
Ideal for: pure pistachio gelato, cremini and pastry.
Features: pure pistachio paste, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 100 g per kg of base mix.
