Elenka’s Pistacchio Puro 100% Paste is a fine pure paste made from a careful selection of imported pistachios from growing regions suited to this crop.
It gives gelato an intense taste and is also ideal for creams, fillings and semifreddo.
DOSAGE
Gelato: 80/100 g per 1000 g of base mix.
Pastry: 90 g per 1000 g of custard or cream.
PACKAGING: 1 kg tin.
