Black Hawaii Rubicone is a ready gelato base: complete powder mix for artisan gelato and soft serve with a distinctive cocoa and coconut water flavour, lactose-free, made with water only, with an intense black colour from vegetable charcoal and a detox effect.
Black Hawaii is Rubicone's black gelato with cocoa, coconut water and raw cocoa nibs: eye-catching in the display case and lactose-free.
Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.
Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, lactose-free, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.45 kg with 2.5 L of water; soft serve 1.45 kg with 3 L of hot water.
