Coriandolina Dark Chocolate Pregel is a dark chocolate coating for artisan gelato on a stick.

The light bitter note of the finest dark chocolate creates an irresistible contrast with the sweet softness of gelato, for a heavenly result on sticks, pralines and gelato biscuits. It turns liquid when warm and sets as it cools, wrapping sticks evenly.

Ideal for: gelato sticks, pralines, gelato biscuits and semifreddi.

Features: crunchy dark chocolate coating.

Directions: melt in a bain-marie at 40 °C and dip the well-chilled stick or semifreddo; it sets in seconds.

Dosage: to taste.
