Dark Chocolate Gelato Stick Coating Rubicone is a coating for artisan gelato on a stick with a dark chocolate taste.
It sets on contact with the gelato and forms a crunchy shell; besides sticks, it can be drizzled into the tray to make a dark chocolate stracciatella.
Ideal for: artisan gelato sticks, pralines, stracciatella in trays and semifreddi, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: warm slightly, dip the well-frozen stick or drizzle over gelato.
