DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Stickaway Dark Chocolate Leagel is a crunchy coating for artisan gelato with 80% dark chocolate, designed for gelato on a stick, stracciatella and for coating semifreddi and single portions.
80% dark chocolate gives an intense, crunchy shell that snaps cleanly; drizzled it creates the classic stracciatella.
Ideal for: vanilla and mint sticks, classic stracciatella.
Features: 80% dark chocolate, no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
Dosage: to taste, by dipping the stick.
