DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Coriandolina Salted Caramel Pregel is a smooth, anhydrous salted caramel coating for artisan gelato on a stick.

It is the Coriandolina with the trendiest flavour: its satisfying crunch and sweet-salty contrast coat gelato sticks, small bonbons and cones made with semifreddo or gelato. It turns liquid when warm and sets as it cools.

Ideal for: gelato sticks, bonbons, cones and semifreddi.

Features: smooth anhydrous coating, crunchy at display temperature.

Directions: melt in a bain-marie at 40 °C and dip the well-chilled stick or semifreddo; it sets in seconds.

Dosage: to taste.
