DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Stickaway Caramel Leagel is a crunchy caramel chocolate coating for artisan gelato, designed for gelato on a stick, stracciatella and for coating semifreddi and single portions.
Caramel chocolate forms a golden, crunchy shell with no hydrogenated fats or artificial colourings; drizzled it makes a caramel stracciatella. It is used at about 30 °C, gluten-free.
Ideal for: vanilla, salted caramel and banana sticks.
Features: no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
Dosage: to taste, by dipping the stick.
