Blackberry Gelato Paste Leagel is a concentrated fruit paste for artisan gelato with the intense, wild taste of blackberry, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.
The sorbet is dark; it pairs with yogurt, ricotta and berries. It is made with a process that keeps the fruit fresh-tasting and authentic.
Ideal for: blackberry sorbet and mixed berry sundaes.
Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
