Sprint Coconut with Pieces Pregel is a coconut ready base for artisan gelato, enriched with small coconut pieces.

It faithfully recalls the sweet, delicate taste of coconut, while the grated coconut makes the gelato even tastier; it is made with milk and cream and is perfect with chocolate, pineapple and mango.

Ideal for: coconut gelato, tropical sundaes and pairings with chocolate.

Directions: blend the powder into the liquid and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 370 g per 1 litre of milk and cream.
