DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Easy Coconut Plant Based Leagel is the 100% plant-based version of Easy Cocco for artisan gelato: a powder mix for creamy coconut gelato prepared by adding only water.
The gelato stays white and creamy with no milk or dairy, giving the display case a coconut flavour suited to plant-based customers.
Ideal for: plant-based coconut gelato, plant-based displays and tropical sundaes.
Features: vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 600 g of product per 1 L of water.
Processing: cold.
