Easy Coconut-milk Paste Leagel is a ready base for artisan gelato from the Easy Crema line: ready-to-use fat-based paste with coconut cream powder and grated coconut, for a rich texture.
It is the practical answer on the busiest days. It gives an enveloping, creamy texture.
Ideal for: creamy coconut gelato and exotic sundaes.
Features: Easy Crema line, just add milk, also suitable for soft-serve, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with milk, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 600 g of product per 1 L of milk.
Processing: cold.
