Easy Banana-milk Leagel is a ready base for artisan gelato from the Easy Crema line: ready-to-use fat-based paste with concentrated banana purée, also suited to soft-serve.

The body is smooth and creamy; with milk it is ready in minutes, also for the soft serve machine.

Ideal for: banana gelato, banana splits and soft-serve.

Features: Easy Crema line, just add milk, also suitable for soft-serve, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with milk, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 600 g of product per 1 L of milk.

Processing: cold.
