Tiramisu Veneziano Gelato Paste Pregel is a tiramisu paste for artisan gelato, with coffee and mascarpone and no alcohol.
It is a gentler version of tiramisu paste, with a taste true to the classic dessert: alcohol-free, it suits every customer and is finished with crumbled ladyfingers and cocoa. Its delicate taste suits families and children too.
Ideal for: tiramisu gelato, after-dinner sundaes and semifreddi.
Features: alcohol-free, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of base mix.
