It is perfect for giving gelato a creamy structure and a rich taste: the sweet-salty contrast pairs with chocolate, peanuts and biscuit.
Ideal for: salted caramel gelato, indulgent sundaes and snack-style flavours.
Features: anhydrous paste with butter, gluten-free, palm oil free.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 100 g per kg of base mix.
