DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Mint C Green Gelato Paste Pregel is a low-dosage, green mint concentrated paste for artisan gelato.
It makes it easy to produce a bright green gelato with all the taste of mint, classic, bold and refreshing: with chocolate flakes it becomes classic mint choc chip. Its intense green colour makes the tray instantly recognisable.
Ideal for: mint gelato, mint choc chip, summer sundaes.
Features: green colour, low dosage, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 35 g per kg of base mix.
