DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Toffee Caramel Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a rich, indulgent toffee caramel taste, with a sweet, buttery and caramelised profile.
Buttery, rounded toffee caramel gives an indulgent gelato at 60 g per litre; vegan, it is finished with caramel sauce.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 60 g per kg of mix.
