Tiramisu Alcohol Free Gelato Paste Leagel has the mascarpone, coffee and cocoa taste of tiramisù but is 100% alcohol-free: suitable for everyone, including children.

Finish it with ladyfingers and cocoa on top. It is added to the white base before batch-freezing and processed cold.

Ideal for: tiramisù gelato for families and children.

Features: 100% alcohol-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
