White Chocolate Supreme Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with an intense white chocolate taste, with a creamy, sweet and delicately vanilla-like profile.
A distinct white chocolate taste, sweet and creamy: an ideal base for fruit and pistachio variegates.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 65 g per kg of mix.
