Cioccobianco Gelato Paste - White Chocolate Pregel is a classic white chocolate paste for artisan gelato, of exceptional quality.
The taste and fragrance of the finest white chocolate give a sweet, velvety gelato, an ideal base for fruit variegates such as raspberry and berries, or pistachio.
Ideal for: white chocolate gelato, sundaes with red fruit, cremini.
Features: white chocolate taste.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 100 g per kg of base mix.
