Happy Hour Alcoholic Rubicone is a powder base for artisan gelato, for making alcoholic sorbets, vegan and dairy-free.

It is added to the mix together with the chosen spirit and gives the sorbet structure even with alcohol: perfect for limoncello, spritz or cocktail sorbets.

Ideal for: alcoholic sorbets, cocktail sorbets and after-dinner treats, in gelato shops, bars and restaurants.

Directions: mix with the stated liquid and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
