Soy Vanilla with Beans with Fructose Leagel from the I Love Soia line is a soya base for artisan gelato with vanilla pod taste, lactose- and cholesterol-free.

The vanilla beans remain visible in the soy gelato, lactose-free and sweetened with fructose; it is processed at 50 °C with water only.

Ideal for: vegan vanilla custard and affogatos.

Features: rich in fibre, just add water, sweetened with fructose, coconut vegetable fat, vegan, gluten-free.

Directions: dissolve in water at 50 °C, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 L of water.

Processing: hot, at 50 °C.
