For the best results, it is recommended to use Pistachio Sicilia Paste with a neutral, unflavored base mix to fully enhance the rich, authentic taste of Sicilian pistachios.
The paste has a brownish-green color, while the finished gelato has a light brown appearance.
DOSAGE: 80–120 g per kg of base mix.
