Pistachio Nobile Gelato Paste - Pure Salted Pistachio Leagel, a gelato paste for artisan gelato, is made with carefully selected pistachios enriched with Sicilian sea salt, giving a pleasant salty note and enhancing the rounded roast.
The sweet-salty taste is very popular and stands out in the display case.
Ideal for: salted pistachio gelato and white chocolate pairings.
Features: Sicilian sea salt, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80-100 g per kg of mix.
