DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Fortefrutto Melon C Pregel is a melon concentrated paste for artisan gelato, with an intense colour.
The intense taste of melon brings summer to the display: it gives fresh, sweet sorbets at any time of year and pairs with lemon, mint and red fruit in summer sundaes.
Ideal for: melon sorbet, summer sundaes and fruit gelato.
Features: intense colour, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir and batch-freeze; it can also be used together with fresh fruit.
Dosage: 20-70 g per kg of mix, depending on the intensity you want.
