DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Fortefrutto Raspberry C Pregel is a ruby-red raspberry concentrated paste for artisan gelato.
A rich, juicy concentrate of ripe raspberries for making gelato and sorbets in every season; used with fresh fruit it enhances the flavour and brightens the colour.
Ideal for: raspberry sorbet, sundaes with chocolate and fillings.
Features: intense colour, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir and batch-freeze; it can also be used together with fresh fruit.
Dosage: 20-70 g per kg of mix, depending on the intensity you want.
