Fortefrutto Passion Fruit C Pregel is a passion fruit concentrated paste for artisan gelato, with an intense colour.

It is made with the flavourful pulp of this famous tropical fruit, for a sorbet with an exotic, aromatic taste and bright colour that pairs with mango, coconut and white chocolate.

Ideal for: passion fruit sorbet, exotic sundaes and fillings.

Features: intense colour, vegan, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir and batch-freeze; it can also be used together with fresh fruit.

Dosage: 20-70 g per kg of mix, depending on the intensity you want.
