Sprint Kefir Pregel is a kefir ready base for artisan gelato, the fermented milk from the Caucasus.

The pleasant, slightly tangy taste of kefir pairs very well with the fruit Arabeschi variegates: a fresh, modern flavour made with milk, in the tray or from the soft serve machine.

Ideal for: kefir gelato with fruit variegates, soft serve and healthy sundaes.

Features: complete powder, gluten-free, palm oil free.

Directions: blend the powder into the liquid, then batch-freeze or pour into the soft serve machine.

Dosage: artisan gelato 400 g per 1 litre of milk; soft serve 340 g per 1 litre of milk.

Processing: cold.
