It combines freshness and creaminess in a gelato with a balanced lemon zest taste, natural flavourings, no colourings and no hydrogenated vegetable fats, in the tray and from the soft serve machine.

Ideal for: creamy lemon gelato, soft serve and summer sundaes.

Directions: blend the powder into the liquid, then batch-freeze or pour into the soft serve machine.

Dosage: artisan gelato 450-500 g per 1 litre of water; soft serve 360 g per 1 litre of water.
