DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Sprint Mandarin N Pregel is a mandarin ready base for artisan gelato, made with water.
A sweet yet bold taste, bright orange colour and all the flavour of mandarin: a thirst-quenching, moreish sorbet that also freshens dark chocolate and custard flavours.
Ideal for: mandarin sorbet, soft serve and citrus sundaes.
Features: water-based, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: blend the powder into the liquid, then batch-freeze or pour into the soft serve machine.
Dosage: artisan gelato 440 g per 1 litre of water; soft serve 365 g per 1 litre of water.
Processing: cold.
