Sprint Melon N Pregel is a melon ready base for artisan gelato, made with water.

It holds all the taste of summer in a cheerfully coloured sorbet with an intense taste and the unmistakable aroma of ripe melons: a real treat, with no artificial colourings.

Ideal for: melon sorbet, soft serve and summer sundaes.

Features: no artificial colourings, vegan, gluten-free.

Directions: blend the powder into the liquid, then batch-freeze or pour into the soft serve machine.

Dosage: artisan gelato 440 g per 1 litre of water; soft serve 365 g per 1 litre of water.

Processing: cold.
