Red Berry Fast Toschi is a base for artisan gelato: powder mix from the Fast line for preparing red berry gelato, sorbets and frozen creams with a creamy texture in just a few minutes, adding only water and processing cold.

Red fruits make a ruby-coloured sorbet with a full, sweet-and-tart flavour: it is perfect next to yogurt, fior di latte and white chocolate and also works in fruit sundaes and semifreddi.

Ideal for: red fruit sorbet, cold creams, sundaes and semifreddi.

Features: Fast line, for batch freezer and slush machine.

Directions: whisk the powder into the water and batch-freeze or pour into the slush machine.

Dosage: 1.5 kg of product + 3 L of water.
